Warranty Policy
STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Each brand sold through the Citi Modern Furniture website provides a standard manufacturer’s warranty that guarantees their products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use for one (1) year from the original invoice date.
Repairs
If a repair is offered for an item, we kindly ask that customers schedule an appointment within 2-5 business days of the initial offer with our recommended third-party repair service. Please ensure availability and responsiveness to avoid any delays or cancellations. If the repair cannot be scheduled due to communication issues or unavailability, it may cause inconveniences for both parties.
In cases where the item is found ineligible for repair under the Manufacturer’s Warranty (e.g., the issue was incorrectly described or other damages void the warranty), we kindly ask that customers provide accurate details, including photos or videos, to help prevent any misunderstandings before scheduling an inspection.
Warranty Limitations
The respective manufacturers hold the rights to exclude certain products from warranty coverage. Please review the specific product details on the Citi Modern Furniture website.
This warranty does not include:
Normal wear and tear.
Natural variations in grain, texture, or color of materials such as wood, leather, or hand-crafted items that do not affect functionality (e.g., fading, smell).
Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper use, modifications, or accidents.
Damage related to washing, stains, tears, discoloration, zippers, etc.
Floor models, final sale items, warehouse sales, clearance items, custom orders, or purchases made outside the Citi Modern Furniture website or stores.
Replacement parts such as leg caps, accent pillows, covers, drawers, or other assembly-related items.
Damages resulting from improper assembly or damage caused by third-party assemblers (e.g., stripped screws, misassembled parts).
Comfort preferences or buyer’s remorse.
Compensation for delayed order shipments.
Furniture used for commercial purposes.
Damage incurred while moving to a new address.
