When do I pay if my order is on Pre-Order?
We collect Pre-Order items payment at the time of checkout.
Can I order if I live outside of delivery states?

What is your refund/return policy?
We offer 14 days free returns. For more information visit our policy section at the footer of the page
How long it takes for delivery?
We aim to ship all in-stock merchandise within 3 business days, and the courier will deliver the products directly to your apartment door within an additional 3 days. Please note that certain destinations, such as Germany, may have longer delivery times based on the selected courier service.
Our deliveries are designed for convenience, with sectional products packed in just 1-2 boxes, making transportation and setup easy. For specific shipping methods and details, please refer to the information provided during the checkout process.
Can I track my in-home delivery order?
Tracking is only available on the day of delivery. The estimated times are our best estimates and you should still be available during your scheduled delivery windows.
Refund & Cancelation

How long does my refund take?
We process your refund on the same day you request it. However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 business days for the bank to reflect the refund in your account.
How do I cancel my order completely?
If you have created an account on citimodern.eu, you can directly cancel any orders that have not yet been shipped through your account. If you do not have an account or if your order has already been shipped, please contact our customer service team via support@citimodern.eu or by calling 06 11 48 14 71.
How will I know that you've received my order?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation page will display a summary of your transaction. If your email address is correct, we will also send a confirmation email. Additionally, you will receive email updates regarding the shipping process, including tracking information. If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.
